The training cell focuses on understanding and nurturing the inherent skills of the candidates rather than putting all students in the same module of learning. Personalized, self-paced and industry based skill-oriented trainings are followed. The career and placement support starts from career counselling of the students at entry level and continues until placement fairs organized by the institution. Training & Placement cell of the college is an active reservoir of dedicated professionals coming from diverse backgrounds having both academic and corporate exposure which is helpful in providing futuristic career planning and dream job to the students.

3. To incorporate Soft Skills, Career Handling Skills, Personal Development & Grooming, Art of Public Speaking, Presentation Skills, array of Aptitude and Technical Tests, Group Discussion Sessions, Mock HR and Technical Interviews based on the current selection procedure.
4. To provide guidance on higher educational prospects at national and global level.
5. To guide the Public Sector job aspirants on placing the selection process.
6. To impart training on Mental Ability and Reasoning (as a subject)
7. To improve the emotional quotient (EQ) of the students The Training and Placement Cell acts as a facilitator by optimizing the employability quotient of the students thus helping them to secure a job of their choice. The college has able and trained professional trainers for the purpose.

The Cell engages with the industry practitioners by inviting them for guest lectures, industrial visits, on the job training, seminars, industrial projects and summer internships. It also provides career counselling and guidance to its students. Special focus is laid for encouraging the students for entrepreneurship. The college has an Entrepreneurship and Incubation cell for th is purpose.
We have corporate connections with various leading companies. The college has an Industry -Institute interaction committee to maintain cordial relations with our recruiting partners. We have been continuously organizing Mega Job Fair in collaboration with MSME, Sub-Regional Employment Exchange, and Government of Rajasthan and also provide guidance on training avenues and job opportunities in private & public sectors.
