The Department was established in the academic year 2014 with an aim to bridge the gap between the theoretical concepts and practically applied domains of psychology. The three year B.Sc. course is taught by competent faculty, instills the professional competence and training to the students and them to emerge as mental health professionals. The Department renders specialized focus on clinically related Counseling and is well equipped with state-of-the-art laboratory and a well stacked library. The curriculum incorporates field work in hospitals, industries and NGOs, considering students’ placement after the successful completion of the course.
