Department was established in the academic year 2016.
Philosophy, a branch of humanities is one of the strongest pillar of this institution where the thought,vision and reasoning has been increasingly applied relating it with the other social situations such as logic, mathematics, politics, law, psychology, history, religion and other social interactions.
The curriculum incoprporates various traditions of philosophy including history of philosophy, ethics, metaphysics, epistemology, philosophy of art as well as other central topics.
