A knowledge centre has also been established with the help of GENPECT, on the recommendation of the state Government. The college is well known for its vision, innovation and excellence. The committed efforts of the management and the faculty members have made Subodh P.G. College as the most preferred college by the students of Rajasthan. According to India Today AC NIELSEN-ORG-Marg Survey of Colleges, S.S.Jain Subodh P.G. College ranks among first three colleges of Jaipur.

Upto the session 1992-93, it was a degree college but since 1993-94 session, post-graduate classes have been started. The postgraduate education facility is available in Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry, Computer Applications, Information Technology, EAFM (Commerce), Political Science, Environmental Science and Geography subjects and we are also planning to introduce P.G. Courses in Accountancy & Business Statistics (ABST) from the next session. The college believes in the importance of practical education. Therefore, soon after 2002, various vocational courses like Computer Application, Tourism and Travel Management, Advertising Sales Promotion and Sales Management' were introduced in addition to usual graduation courses. The college has MCA, BCA, M.Sc.IT and PGDCA Computer courses. We have also started BBA course from session 2008-09. Last year, a job-oriented course of E-banking has also been started in collaboration with ICICI Bank. Several other innovative plans are also in the pipeline.

            The teaching faculty of the college is both experienced and highly talented, besides, professors and eminent personalities in different subjects from all over India and abroad strengthen the course contents during seminars of National and International level, which are regularly organized in this college.  It provides increased exposure and interaction to our students and broaden their horizon and knowledge.

This college has the prime objective of providing avenues / opportunities to the students, for achieving excellence in quality education and research activities. In this context, it may be mentioned that as the global environment is rapidly changing and influenced by various factors e.g. competitive pressures, environmental tariffs and barriers, new technologies and businesses, the information technology and communication revolutions, this college has developed inbuilt system of enhancing the research and consultancy with the help and support of rich library, fully equipped laboratories, computers and numerous other teaching aids.

The campus of the S.S. Jain Subodh P.G. College, Ram Bagh Circle, Jaipur is spacious and big enough to accommodate various academic and co-curricular activities. It has a stadium with all modern facilities. (the only private college of Rajasthan having its own stadium with pavilion facility of 2000 spectators).

The college has received almost four crore rupees as grant in aid from the Ministry of Science and Technology, Ministry of Human Resource Development University Grants Commission through Ministry of Youth and Sports (Govt. of India) and other agencies during the last five years.

Last session was a remarkable landmark in the achievements through the overall education development in the college, which will be a path provider for our future developments.
