Rules and
Regulations of fee
It is compulsory for every student
to deposit fee on time or he has to pay the late fee.
(a) If he is unable to pay the fee,
his name will be struck off from the College roll.
(b) Student must pay the fee of the
entire session irrespective of the fact whether, he has taken
admission in the mid session or at the
beginning of the session.
2. During the admission
in the college, student is required to pay the entire annual fee,
examination fee, caution money and enrolment fee. Caution money is
refundable after the completion of the course by account payee
cheque only.
3. The information
regarding university examination fee will be displayed on the notice
board. Students are required to deposit the fee and examination form
before the last date fixed by the University. The college can not be
held responsible for any lapse on the part of students concerned.
4. Students are advised
to deposit their fee to the authorized cashier only through demand
draft and should collect the receipt of the same. Only cashier is
authorized by the college to take the fee none else.
5. The regular students
whose results, are being declared are required to fill re-admission
forms, within 15 days from the date of declaration of the result,
other wise they will have to pay the late fee prescribed by the
college.
6. Caution money to the
students leaving the college is refunded in the next financial year
of their passing exam between December to March. Students may apply
on prescribed form in the month of December. The caution money will
be distributed thought account payee cheque only. If an ex-student
of the college does not collect his caution money within a year,
this amount will be deposited in the college boys fund.
Rules related to
relaxation in fee and students assistance
1. Only
those students who are brilliant but financially weak, a maximum
relaxation of Rupees 1200/- in tuition fee can be granted. No other
relaxation will be granted in any other fee.
2. Applications
from the students are invited in the month of December for
relaxation in the fee.
3. Students,
who belong to the lower income group, are also provided financial
assistance from "Students Assistance Fund'' .Those who wish to take
assistance from this fund may also apply on prescribed application
form. Relaxation will be granted by the freeship committee.
4.
Meritorious and talented
students are also provided text books and relaxations in the fee,
for this they have to apply.
